Grievance Reporting Procedures
When a client or patient has a complaint or grievance it must be submitted in writing to Origin Travel Nurses. The incident or safety concern should also be phoned into the office as soon as possible so we can begin the internal steps necessary to stop or investigate the circumstances that caused the issue.
Depending on the grievance or complaint we ask that you start with your direct line of communication at Origin Travel Nurses:
